      Pros

      Good pay, great job if you are looking for long term security. Good benefits and excellent vacation / off-time policy.

      Cons

      Working with peers that are not focused on career advancement. Lots of "fat" in the system, can be frustrating trying to operate in environment with so much structure. Older employees can be adverse to knowledge sharing with younger employees (in fear of their job).

      Work is great, 4x10 schedule is perfect...

      It's far. I live over 60 miles and everyday in person is hell drive.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
