Pros
The work was very interesting and I gained a lot of valuable experience. There are some amazing engineers there to learn from.
Cons
The pay was below average and advancing has become very difficult since Michoud Operations has been merged into Lockheed Martin Space Systems. The workload and overtime expectations were excessive at times (although some overtime is paid, even for salaried positions).
