Pros
Great management structure, lots to learn, work/life balance, plenty of opportunities to grow! They have a great holiday schedule. Management really cares about their employees. Great place to start your career and a good company to stick with.
Cons
I honestly cannot think of any conns. They are very fair with their employees. HR and Ethics department are very strongly involved in the corporate environment which I think is good.
