      Pros

      New UAV development and software components (Ground Control Station (GCS) applications, datalinks, airborne embedded code).

      Cons

      Growing pains of integration of engines and UAV reliability. Need integration of software group into PM as an asset not a liability. Culture has changed from what it was before so its on the right track. Need to think of UAS as a system of systems.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
