Pros

The benefits at LiveRamp are great and there are so many intelligent and talented people who work here.

Cons

The great culture LiveRamp was known for no longer exists. What once was an amazing and exciting place to work is now grim, toxic, and stressful. It doesn't matter if you're a top performer; if you don't agree with how things are being done and even think of speaking up, don't be surprised if you're told to see yourself out the door. The new CPO has brought all her friends on as leaders on the P&C team and they're all extremely cliquey. If you're not part of their clique or a "yes man", you're done for and should start looking for a new job. P&C leadership is all talk and takes no accountability for their actions. All they do is talk in circles and are happy to point fingers at others when something goes wrong and doesn't go as they planned. They all say they are "data-driven" but I have yet to see any numbers, analytics, and information that back up their claims on why they're doing what they're doing and why LiveRamp is "DownRamping" as another employee stated. If you see any positive reviews, they're most likely from new hires who haven't yet seen or experienced the culture catastrophe here at LiveRamp, or they're from the CPOs clique. Be careful with what you say and know that when leadership tells you "the door is always open to chat" just know there is a possibility that the door is a trap door that can lead to you being demoted, laid off, or fired.
