TL;DR dog-friendly, pet insurance, catered lunch/snacks galore, happy hours at the back bar, gym reimbursement, and of course all medical, dental and vision.
I absolutely love working at LiveRamp. I started working here a little over a year ago and wouldn't want to work anywhere else. Every day I come to work with a smile on my face because I get to see my second family. When you spend 8 hours a day away from your family/home, you want to make sure that you are spending it with the right people. I know that when I wake up in the morning I'm going to work but it always feels like I'm going to see my friends. At LiveRamp, there is a great work-life balance. I can go home when I need to or bring my dog to the office if she can't stay home for the day. My team is inspirational + supportive. There's not much more you can ask for.
Cons
Cons: Growing pains - we are getting bigger so that means that there are some hiccups but I have faith that our executive team is working on these pain points.
