LiveRamp is pulling the entire adTech industry forward through its products, and the hype feels real. The people here are sharp as a tack. Opportunities to learn and succeed are more than plentiful. And the compensation strategy mirrors the company's goal to be the best.
Cons
LiveRamp is just on the cusp of hypergrowth, and many scaling issues need to be resolved. Luckily they are bringing in staff to address the remnants of ad hoc solutions created in the start up days.
