There is always something to learn from others, and a strong growth mindset is consistently demonstrated across the team.

      Cons

      Operational rigidity: Even when there is strong intent to drive sales, internal policies and processes are not flexible enough. Improving these operational aspects alone could significantly unlock better sales performance.

      Leadership often felt political and opaque. Success was difficult to define clearly, and it frequently seemed like the business quietly picked winners and losers rather than rewarding performance on transparent terms.
