Lots of opportunity to learn, although amount of knowledge you can gain is limited. Always need to hire external people to do root cause analysis because people arent ver techinical.
Cons
Lots of negative trade off for saving cost Everything is done based on trial and error instead of analysis and comparing directions to take Very hard to implement a change, stuck in there ways, get ignored easily
