Good benefits overall. Monthly benefit increase salary by about 3$/hour and there's quarterly benefit as well. They also have good group discounts in many places. I saved about 70$ on my car insurance just by calling my company and telling them to add Linamar group discount.
The benefits were decent and vacations were low. Only 2 weeks per year and up to 5 years till you get 3 weeks.
