      - Friendly culture, but this varies facility by facility - Lots of team members in IT for support if needed - Decent pay and benefits - Includes $5/mo company gym for Guelph employees

      Cons

      - VERY anti-WFH, they allow it but they don't like it - Some corporate IT policies and procedures aren't clear - Work/life balance isn't great, but heavily depends on the role
