Pros
Pay, benefits are above average. Good group of experienced line workers mixed with new hires. Supervisor is outstanding on my off shift.
Cons
Certain managers like to blame everybody else instead of looking in the mirror and realizing they are the problem or causing the problems. Minimal to no communication from managers to floor supervisors/team leads and employees. Worked nearly 7 days a week for years...overworked.
