      Lots of overtime if you want it Exposure to many different areas and technology Good teamwork Ability to get licensed in a trade

      Management does not appreciate anything/anyone Work overloading Lower pay Very profit driven at expense of employees

      It was good experience in the IT department, everyone was great and helpful

      no benefits but only because you’re not a full time employee which makes sense
