Pros
Worked at two different plants. Each plant there were atleast one person willing to mentor/teach you through your time there as a junior. Whether that may be your supervisor and program engineer. If they see you with potential, they are willing to help build your career if you wish too.
Cons
All roles seems to be underpaid. Majority of high ups are brought in rather than promoted from within.
