Pros
There are myriad problems to solve and latitude with which to solve them. There are people within the organization that are competent. The stepping stool bonus structure would be beneficial if there was any way to improve HR.
Cons
My boss was less educated than me. This place has a remarkably poor ability to keep employees. As of Sept. 2019, 160 people have left the company. This is another manufacturing company that 'talks the talk', but cannot 'walk the walk'
