      Pros

      Full time employment. Lots of overtime if you like that. Good place to start if you are from another country.

      Cons

      Machines are poorly repaired and maintained. Mandatory overtime. Often little time for proper training. Hot in summer and air quality is poor inside the plant.

      It was good experience in the IT department, everyone was great and helpful

      no benefits but only because you’re not a full time employee which makes sense
