Pros
Benefits are fantastic, office environment is superb. Monday and Friday are remote work days, with Tuesday-Thursday being in-office mandatory. Lunch and breakfast provided on in-office days.
Cons
Management is constantly changing systems in place, and adjusting job requirements. There is no time to adapt and adjust; fall behind and be placed on a PIP, which is a 3-4 month probation to turn performance around or be terminated. There is constant fear and stress of being fired if performance is lacking — burnout is incredibly high amongst employees and going forward, turnover will be high with the new standards and expectations. It is almost pure cold calling for leads despite being hired to do warm calling. Lastly, you will be required to work 9 AM to 6 PM daily; this sucks as most of the office is out by 4 or 5 PM. You are also required to be in office on the last day of every month, as well as last and first day during end of fiscal year — these standards do not apply to rest of staff.
