Management consistently lies about coming changes like layoffs or they are announced with zero warning leaving everyone to pick up the pieces (this happened in January 2023 right after Christmas). The company refuses to address massive gaps in pay when looking at their competition. They're offloading all of their best talents, and are instead settling for subpar customer service from countries where labor is as cheap as possible (Philippines, south africa, etc.) all under the guise of "becoming profitable". They've basically made it impossible for anyone to move up within the company, despite having entire teams that are allegedly dedicated to helping employees choose a career path. The current CEO is alienating or eliminating most of their best workers and running the company into the ground.
