Cons
Lied to during the interview regarding salary and working hours. The hours are unsociable with team members who have been there longer being favoured and given the better shifts. The salary is awful, they put this job across as simple customer service but it's anything but. You need to know A LOT about trouble shooting and equipment such as printers label makers etc the training is awful, they cut it short then when you ask for help, they make you feel like a nuisance and last but not least they are heartless. Don't work here you will be miserable.
