Pros

- Great starting pay for a retail job that increases - Keeps you busy, rarely a moment of doing nothing. - Around 30 days paid holiday - Staff are very friendly, will be more than happy to help out new people and just pleasant to each other in general

Cons

- Store attracts a lot of shoplifters - Also attracts a lot of kids who have nothing to do but wind up staff, even some adults like to see just what abuse they can get away with - People will look down on you for working here and assume the worst of your intelligence - Don't get used to your rotas, they will change at the drop of a hat

Pros

Intelligent engaged people, Modern offices, Decent pay, and good retirement benefits.

Cons

Growing pains of a European company modifying its business to grow its American footprint. Senior leadership was mostly European. Felt disconnected from American grocery culture.
