    Accesibility, easy to get job. Not rocket science

    Cons

    pressure to work hard. They are always demanding more from you and do not care of life work ballance. Training is non existent

    Good wage. Good company. Not stuck doing the same thing all the time.

    Cons

    A bit all over the place at times, if you don't like working under pressure or starting and stopping every few minutes it may not be for you
