Pros

Pay is good for a supermarket The training (while capricious and the training machine often breaks) is thorough Good colleagues

Cons

Never enough staff working so management are always stressed. Head office is very disorganised, losing contracts, not processing payment alterations for months. Lack of compassion and an almost bullying forcefulness to get ill staff to either go to the doctors or come to work despite contract stating 7 days of illness can be self-certified.
