Pros

Nice hourly wage($13), a great team that is supportive, you get to do your groceries where you work, close to where I live, and plenty of time off, you will stay busy.

Cons

They look like they would pay you well but they don't. When I started they paid me well but when the store opened they cut my hour dramatically to two days of the week. They also will wait until the last minute to put of schedules and so it makes it hard to plan your life. They don't care about your health. Most of the times I will be assigned a task like lifting heavy objects all by myself without help. They take advantage of your hours. Even if you didn't sign up for overtime, you will be tricked into working overtime. They also don't give you discounts to start.

Pros

Intelligent engaged people, Modern offices, Decent pay, and good retirement benefits.

Cons

Growing pains of a European company modifying its business to grow its American footprint. Senior leadership was mostly European. Felt disconnected from American grocery culture.
