Pay is ok Staff discount Can be varired work does get repetative though Some good charities are supported along with sponsership of the fa

Cons

Very unsociable hours Hardly any work/social life balance Rotas always changing and all over the place Have to travel to other stores and distribution centers with no milage paid despite promises Many broken promises of promotion High turn over of management including area management So much more do not work here!!!
