Cons
There is an unrealistic amount of change occurring at a pace that continues to result in poor quality decisions and plans. Unclear why all of these changes are occurring and who is responsible to make them happen. HR is a revolving door with lots of good talent exiting. Technology is being hailed as something that will fix a lot of problems, yet it seems everyone is just going along with the story. Poor leadership in some key areas where accountability is never addressed. Incredibly talented and dedicated people have been slighted and excluded. It happens far too often. HR is not involved enough to know the difference, or worse, too weak to challenge.
