Pros
Busy company, with lots of secured projects and work. Very competitive pay, with regular performance reviews and salary increases. Management is open to conversations, and the team as a whole is fun to work with.
Cons
Not a lot of room for career advancement. Once in a role, it seems you're stuck in that role. The variety of civil type inspection work is limited, as most new and interesting projects involve mostly mechanical, electrical, and pipeline oriented inspector roles.
