Pros
- Awesome culture, with some of the best people I've ever worked with. Feels like going to work with your friends everyday. - You get to work on some pretty high profile projects that your friends and family will instantly recognize. It's pretty nice seeing something you've worked on out in the wild on a billboard or something. - Some pretty sweet perks; foosball, ping pong, video games, in-office beer tap, and multiple company sponsored outings like ski-trips/paintball/sports. Pay is competitive and management rewards hard work.
Cons
- Can be tough to fit to the culture at first, but pretty much everyone seems to eventually find a niche. - You've got to be willing to put in extra time, certainly a lot of overtime. - No working from home ability.
