Good people to work with. and few customers were nice. got good deals on already cheap clothes.
Cons
They push credit so much you feel like a failure no matter what. They started collecting email signups to track who is getting them, and they give us credit trackers to see how many we get each week. Yet no one enforces rules with everyone because seniority is key to a lot of people.Young people who dont know how they should be treated at a job pass things off as people having a bad day, not unprofessionalism. They dig too deep when you call off. asking once if someones grandmother was really on their deathbed! The middle aged mother crowd that is the customer are almost always cranky or plain rude if they dont immediately get 15% off.
