- flexible hours, which is good for students or those with other priorities -management is helpful when you're unsure of what to do -culture is positive
Cons
-the 'yes we can' policy creates problems between employees and customers because management will back the customer in most situations including coupon fraud -assistant managers aren't always on the same page when it comes to store policies, which results in conflicting information and commands being given. This creates confusion among workers, especially when there is more than one manager on the floor.
