Pros

The in-store administrator and management team would like to remind you to ensure your working hours align with your availability. Any discrepancies in time and attendance will be discussed with you to confirm your schedule is suitable, enabling you to reach your job site efficiently. Additionally, you will receive employee discounts, flexible working hours, a designated rest period, and a collaborative team environment.

Cons

The housekeeping and janitorial position for associates is a newly introduced role company-wide. Following the termination of the contract with the previous diversity cleaning company, which evidently did not fulfill its obligations, the stores were left with significant cleanliness issues. As a result, it will likely take several months to rectify the state of the bathrooms, fitting rooms, Sephora area, and sales floor, particularly the carpeted sections. The challenge lies in addressing the pre-existing conditions that were not adequately addressed by the previous company despite being contracted to do so. A specific concern is the reliance on the Kaivac machine, which is expected to handle all cleaning tasks from general cleaning to detailed work, ensuring the floors and carpet are clean. However, given its performance and the substantial investment made in acquiring this equipment, it appears that the functionality and cost-effectiveness of this machine are questionable. The restriction to use only the Kaivac equipment, to the exclusion of traditional cleaning tools such as mop buckets, floor dusters, vacuum cleaners, and janitorial carts, further complicates the task. Given the magnitude of the task and the condition of the stores, it is imperative that sufficient personnel are allocated to this role to ensure the stores are brought up to standard.

Pros

None. I was hired to be a person that restocks and cleans, they saw I was able to ring up and put me as a cashier.

Cons

Very little pay, terrible training, horrible management and some terrible customers. Disgusting location also, I went to a manager about toilet paper out in the women restroom, he told me it was a morning task. It was 7pm, the store closed at 11pm! Also CASHIERS ARE LYING YO CUSTOMERS TO GET THEM TO OPEN CREDIT CARDS! Shady stuff I heard as a cashier. Also during my interview no one showed up, when I called the manager made it seem like I was bugging her for my interview
