This company is a joke - Customer Service Representative Key Benefit Administrators Employee Review

I just left this company after only a few months. It has to be the worst managed company I have ever seen. I love the way that the response to these reviews is to talk to HR. I tried that and was talked downed to and basically called a liar. So, KBA, think of a different response for the future. Your HR tactics are a joke. You give no one (except) your favorites time to do their job and then hold them accountable for it not getting done. I got out of this place quick and I tell anyone I know what a poor excuse for a company this is. Thank God I had another job to go to. And claims..that is a joke. Managent your money better. No way is every other company ahort on funding to pay claims. You should hear what providers say about you guys. You are the laughing stock of the Insurance world.
