Pros
I've had the ability to work with a lot of great people over my time at Ketchum, and the company used to be a great place to work.
Cons
Omnicom has absolutely gutted Ketchum and its culture. Layoffs have been a constant threat over the past few years, the company has operated without a CEO for months now, a benefit seemingly gets taken away every few months (often with as minimal notice as Omnicom can get away with), and there is a significant lack of trust between leadership and staff. Morale as a result is incredibly low, and it shows in how people show up to the office.
