Leadership Failure - Anonymous Kabam Employee Review

-leadership is a shitshow: no one seems to know what they’re doing and are constantly changing goals, tactics, and ‘restructuring’ every 3 months. They don’t know what talent they have and they are squandering it so people are quitting by the handful OR they are firing tentpole people and are shocked when their departments crumble -forcing a certain amount of days in office (even for employees who this has never been the case) -removing almost all incentives from employees -promotions (or deciding who not to fire…) are done based on cronyism -has lost its great culture as a result of the above
