Immaturity in management - Station Manager KLM Employee Review

* Management is non transparent and immature in GULF. *People Management skill is no more. *Cant properly communicate a station closure and transfer of employees. *Very unethical people skills, 28+ years employees were terminates with two meeting discussions, not able to convince employees. Lack of management skills. *All new management with no respect to employees.
