Pros
I believe specifically in the office where I am located, we have a great rapport with staff, lawyers, and partners. We do not have any big personalities that you would find at most law firms and everyone is pretty down to earth and humble. Jones Day only employs the best and the brightest lawyers and they all treat everyone with respect.
Cons
Very little flexibility with schedules and working from home is frowned upon although it is allowed, barely for staff.
