Pros

Good team and manager Certain co-workers trying to become trainers, training the employees and they do not know what they are doing

Cons

Supervisor takes the word of trainers over asking the employee Supervisor does not listen to the calls and lets other co-workers do this instead of doing the work and talking to the employee Terrible communication Management should take feedback and listen to what their employees have to say. Minimal training, then when employee does not know the answer they get in trouble. Support for employees in Canada are workers overseas who some were amazing while others lacked communication skills and would often be rude and unprofessional. Senior employees and managers refuse to take escalated calls, and asks the customer service agent deal with the upset customers Customers often upset about their 401K through their employer and there is no education on why they cannot withdrawal their money so the blame is on John Hancock and there is nothing the agent can do about it,
