Pros
Wide range of projects (if they can win them) and some good people but you're just another cog in the wheel.
Cons
All about money and playing the game. Little money invested into self development, technology or innovation. Poor management full of narcissists and back stabbers. Need to work a lot of hours for same money as client side.
