      Good company with decent benefits.

      Cons

      No Bonus Offered except for upper management. Great employee philosophies. This company talks a good game, but is no different than all the other AE firms out there. No one on upper management seems to notice this glaring fact. Too much DEI.

      It’s a big company, so there are a lot of corporate games you have to play to get noticed and advance in your career
