Pros
Seems like across all offices everyone is very supportive of their team. The most important thing to me is support from the managers to the subordinates and that's exactly what I'm seeing. Team collaborations across disciplines is very important with an AE firm and I love that everyone is very friendly and easy to coordinate with.
Cons
Small team due to niche market, which is not unexpected. Lots of work which is good but also extremely busy.
