Pros
Starting pay and benefits were very competitive (although benefits were horrible after being bought by Jacobs Engineering.) The program manager was a great guy and was easy to talk to. Most of the upper management seemed to make themselves very available to their employees. Good about time off.
Cons
Front line management was poor. Very little room for growth. After being acquired by Jacobs Technology, corporate culture changed for the worse. Jacobs seemed very disinterested in employees (Tybrin management was still in place, and they were still good).
