Pros
They care when you are ill and facing surgery. They will try their best to help with low PTO and will send out emails asking for donations. They really seem to care about their employees and the families.
Cons
Try not to get on the wrong side of some of the senior management as it will put you behind the eight ball and as soon as they can they will get ride of you for no ligament reason.
