Pros
The position had relatively high pay, low responsibility, easy work, lots of overtime. It was good for a job in which you just get started.
Cons
No real opportunities for promotion, only one raise, not for the ambitious. A lot of overtime is mandatory. Mainly it gives no real experience in anything and after a while you realize your position is just a contractual obligation written by lawyers and has no real significance.
