Pay is above average. The work is very unique and interesting while supporting America's war-fighters. Work a 4/10 schedule with a lot of opportunity for overtime.
Cons
Nearly everyone has at least a hour long commute. The nepotism and cronyism is at level that defies the bounds of human understanding. If the senior managers are not related then there horses are.
