Pros
I enjoy working with most my co-workers. We're very family-oriented. We work with several clients and opportunities arrive to work on different projects. Depending if you have a good manager, there will be many learning experiences Open space, clean, safety oriented and great culture
Cons
Not very innovative--they stick with that has worked in the past and refuses to change. People who have been working here for years believe they are untouchable and it's unfortunately true. Even though some employees work poorly and are unproductive, there is little to no consequences.
