Company has a management structure that encourages a lot of interplay between the various levels in the company, with a lot of feedback from higher to lower levels.
Cons
Their annual review process is unnecessarily ponderous and drawn out. Also, opportunities for advancement are somewhat limited by the constraints of the contracts Jacobs Technology has with the Electronic Systems Center.
