Pros

Decent employee discount, good quality clothing

Cons

Low pay for monotonous, boring work. Spent 7 - 9 hours in a fitting room or at the front entrance folding the same piles of shirts over and over. Previously worked as a visual merchandiser for another retailer and had several years of both merchandising and management experience and was paid far less than what the other company paid. Other employees did not help to maintain store appearance during opening hours and store, despite small size, would be trashed by the end of the day. Often stayed an hour later than scheduled cleaning store after closing. Managers promoted favorites rather than those who worked hardest and managers themselves spent most of the day chit chatting and pretending to work.

Pros

There are a lot of talented, hardworking people at this company, which makes recent leadership decisions even more frustrating.

Cons

Communication around major organizational changes has been vague and inconsistent, leaving employees with significant uncertainty and little confidence in the direction of the business. Morale has declined considerably. Many employees feel that years of experience, performance, and institutional knowledge are being undervalued in favor of rigid policies and top-down decision making.
