Pros
- The discounts are great! - The pay is higher than minimum wage with the possibility of it increasing. - There is a lot of camaraderie among the associates.
Cons
- The exclusions and number of individual sales and discounts can become dizzying and confusing for both customers and associates. - Because the sales and combinations of promotions are somewhat hazy, customers can become frustrated with associates about final pricing of some of the clothes because they believe that certain things should combine when we are not allowed to combine them. (Usually, some associate in the past may have combined some discount that they shouldn't have due to the confusion of what does and does not combine and now that customer expects that to happen at every transaction.
