Pros

Really takes care of "their people" with "free"clothes (crew clothes) after training is complete, great perks and benefits packages. It's a company that cares about fashion and their customer

Cons

Recently took away commission for sales associates stating that "commission is not helping drive sales"; however, sales have not been the best over the past 2 years not because of sales associates but because of labor and quality of textile decisions that the company has made.

Pros

Good time-off package. Holiday week off for office employees. Historically respected work-life balance and flexible working. Good employee discount and maternity leave.

Cons

C-suite pushing a mandatory 3 days in-office after 5+ years of boasting flexibility as a cornerstone of their employee benefits package. Lack of clear and thoughtful communication of this new policy was frustrating and disheartening as an employee. Leadership, starting with the CEO, is at an all-time low of the last 6 years of working in their corporate office. Horrifying to see how poorly initiatives are getting rolled out, likely getting pushed down from board of directors. Would anticipate a rough transition into the company if you choose to take a role replacing the dozens of employees possibly being forced to leave the company due to RTO.
