Pros

You will generate some income

Cons

Pay for position and expectations is extremely low; All positions manage at least one level down; Building is constantly "on fire"; Everything is at all times the priority; Zero opportunity to make change; People are treated like cogs in a wheel instead of human beings; Everyone is talking behind everyone's back all the time; Systems are broken; Upper Management creates and appears to almost encourage an environment where people are micromanaged, creativity is stifled; necessary change is stopped or disregarded. A "get 'em" culture - meaning that when Leaders are asked to speak up and they do, they are then targeted for speaking up.

Pros

There are a lot of talented, hardworking people at this company, which makes recent leadership decisions even more frustrating.

Cons

Communication around major organizational changes has been vague and inconsistent, leaving employees with significant uncertainty and little confidence in the direction of the business. Morale has declined considerably. Many employees feel that years of experience, performance, and institutional knowledge are being undervalued in favor of rigid policies and top-down decision making.
