Pros

The benefits were nice. Some of my coworkers were awesome

Cons

Management and HR are full of nothing but lying crooks. HR will do anything to cover management. The training department is a joke! The manager spends more time working on his PhD than he does focusing on his employees. The director allows shady stuff to happen all of the time. And let's not forget that the company is going down the drain because they waste too much money on failed projects instead of trying to improve the processes that already work. Their lies have costs me other job opportunities. They broke the law and told another company details about my termination. They wrongfully terminated me. The sad part? They can't even get their story right as to why I was fired.

Pros

There are a lot of talented, hardworking people at this company, which makes recent leadership decisions even more frustrating.

Cons

Communication around major organizational changes has been vague and inconsistent, leaving employees with significant uncertainty and little confidence in the direction of the business. Morale has declined considerably. Many employees feel that years of experience, performance, and institutional knowledge are being undervalued in favor of rigid policies and top-down decision making.
